A reward will only be granted if:

If the person submitting the location is the owner or manager of the location and chooses to become a franchise partner, no reward will be issued.

Rewards are not applicable for:

Owners or managers of qualifying locations are encouraged to explore our franchise model.

In such cases, the reward will be replaced by the business opportunity and benefits associated with being a franchise partner.

InstaChef reserves the right to:

• The submitted location leads to a successful installation of an InstaChef machine.

• The location is not already part of our existing pipeline or network.

• Locations that are eventually withdrawn, rejected, or deemed unsuitable.

• Submissions lacking valid or verifiable contact and location details.

All submissions must include accurate, complete information including full name, contact details, and a valid location address.

Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.

• Verify the authenticity and viability of all submissions.

• Reject any location based on internal suitability criteria.

• Make the final decision on reward issuance, which is non-negotiable and at InstaChef's sole discretion.
